Allright, I thought it was the turbo, maybe blown seals which were causing my car to run like this when it warms up. I just replaced the turbo with another stock one, and it also had the same problem with an HKS turbo, but it's still doing it. So now I'm looking into other possibilities.

When completely cold, it runs fine, only a little hesitation or sputter here and there. When it warms up it barely runs, I have to give it gas to keep it running at idle, and it puffs black smoke out the exhaust. Could I have a blown head gasket? I intend to get around to a leakdown test once I have access to the equipment at school...anyone ever experience anything like this?

BTW: I have all basic bolt-ons. Intake, FMIC, full exhaust, BOV, Fuel Pump, Adjustable FPR, etc...

It might not be the problem but you should check your O2 sensor also. I think the O2 sensor needs to heat up before it works.

Yea, im boosting fine, 7-8PSI consistantly. As far as the O2 sensor, then theoretically if I disconnect it, it should run right all the time then right, because the car will "think" that it hasn't heated up yet?

As for timing, have not checked it yet...anyone have a procedure to follow for this?

Loosen the two bolts holding the CAS in place, then rotate the CAS until you think its running great. Timing should be set at 15degrees BTDC.

Ok, I was screwing around under the hood today when I noticed that the MAF plug COULD have been loose...I say this because I didn't really notice, I just disconnected it, then re-connected it. BOOM! engine instantly stopped bogging and revved up...So I started driving it around a bit, and it felt fine....but now about 50 miles later, it is just starting to give me a little hesitaion again, I checked the plug again, seems fine....WTF?
