SR rod and main bearings.. help please

Ok. So heres the deal. maybe im just used to building American motors. But every motor i have built i have gotten both the rod and main bearing sets for under $50. Anyway, i just priced out the rod and main bearings for my sr and its over $100+!!! Where do you guys get your bearings from? Do you use oem bearings or are there any aftermarket ones?
