i just put a S13 Sr in my 95 240sxnow i have some questionsbefore i ask anything there is no 240sx in a junkyard in this stupid town.1)What can i do about heater core hoses? they need to go to the other side of the car... what can i use2)I have a Koyo radiator but i need the upper and lower radiator hoses... should i just get some from autozone and make them fit? or what? 3)i have the greddy 3" titanium exhaust. i dont want it to be too loud. i was just wondering about what to do where the cat was? resignator? hi flow cat? test pipe? i dont have emissions or anything like that. 4) i need a throttle cable. will the ka one work or what?5) i have dual flexlight fans... is there anyway to install them on the koyo raditor without zip ties? best way to wire them? 12v direct or to thermostat?i think that is all for now... thank you in advance.

I doubt autozone will have these parts since this motor never came to America, You can go to some of this sites sponsors pages(e.g Phase2motortrend, Heavy Throttle, ect.) I know some of them have OEM sr20det parts.

As far as the heater hoses you will have to rig something up to connect them.

For the throttle cable you will have to use the KA cable, there are different lenghts for S13 and S14 cables so you have to figuer out which one to use, I am not sure.

For your exhaust if you want it quiet you can try putting in a Hi-flow cat or resignator, The test pipe is a hollow pipe and will not quiet it down, However whatever you put on to quiet it down you will loose some HP.

Hope this helps some. Good luck-Jon

you can make the throttle cable work like a charm if you know how to make a bracket.

Take a peice of steel that's about an inch and a half wide, cut it to the length of the original bracket. Then you drill holes to mount it on the manifold, and two more to mount the cable bracket on the spacer bracket. That should move the cable housing close enough that it won't pull out of the housing when you attach it to the throttle body. That's all with the USDM cable.

The rad pipes are easiest done if you get two 90 degree elbows for the upper and connect them with a long piece of metal. The lower one, I can never remember the part number I go with, but it always needs trimming anyways. heavy throttle has a perfect fit radiator hose for the lower one I believe.

for fans, you can either wire them in to work while the car is on, or you can put a temp switch in the crossover pipe and wire the fan to work off of that.

the throttle cable will work im not sure if you have crusie or not. i used my throttle body bracket from my ka24de and kinda flipped it upside down and bolted it with one bolt. I zipped tied my fan uonto my car you shouldnt have a problem. the thrmostat i had an adjustable thermostat with mine and just put it on a 20amp fuse in the fuse box. if you dont want to do that. hook up a toggle switch from them and run it to your car so you can turn it on and off.
