The wiring is already pre wired so all it is is plug and play. Do a visual make sure there are no leaks, broken wires or anything like that. Do preventative stuff depending on how far the car is smashed in. I.E. If it's smashed in good, change out intercooler/pipes, check accessories (alt, p/s pump, water pump, etc). Pull off the oil cap and see if there is any sludge or build up or any crud like that too.And when you go to do the actual sr swap, check the stickies and stuff on questions and things such as that.

thanks man ill def check everything out. the car has pretty bad front end damage and i'm just gunna buy my own intercooler for it cuz he wants more money for it and i would take a pretty good stab in the dark that its damaged haha. The thing that i like about this is that the motor still runs, the kid can still start it and from what he says the motor is in fine working condition, but he's trying to sell it and i know people with say anything to make a few dollars haha.

I have another question tho, if i decide to buy it, i have to take it out cuz i dont think i want to trust him taking it out cuz he had a shop do the sawp for him, he didnt put it in. when i take the wiring harness out will it just all unplug and come right out? iv never messed around with wiring on a car before and i really don't want to mess anything up. and he said he has a B&M short throw in it which he wants more money for, i really don't want to pay more for it cuz honestly i dont have the money for it, being in college sucks haha, money is a hard thing to come by haha. but will the shifter out of my KA thats in my car now work in the SR transmission?

Thanks again for the info!
