Totaljdm.com has sr20's for $1,549 with:

5-Speed Manual Hydraulic Transmission Engine Control Unit (ECU) Wiring Harness Distributor Intake Manifold Exhaust Manifold Alternator Igniter Chip (Extra) Maf Sensor (Extra) Turbo Available Options (if in-stock): Uncut Wiring Harness: $200.00USD MAF: $100.00USD Igniter Chip: $100.00USD

But if I'd still have to get an intercooler. Im kinda hesitant about purchasing because of the price being low.

Then theres http://www.xatracing.com with a sr20 front clip for $2,950 (pick-up price). One thing I like about XAT is that they're in Florida (Im in Atlanta, GA and my grandad lives in Orlando) and installation is $1000. They also have this Stage 1 which includes:

low mileage SR20DET full clip, Walbro 255 fuel pump, GReddy 3" Downpipe, SHT boost gauge and pod, GReddy type-s BOV and flange welded to GReddy hot pipe, manual boost controller, 3" custom cat-back exhaust (choice of N1 style or drager style muffler), all fluids, plugs, working and charged a/c, power steering, 30 warranty, and installation of motor and all partsTOTAL $4900

There's this shop around here that said they'd install it for $1,200 Im kinda debating going ka24de or spending my WRX money on a sr20det...Any recommendations?

I have heard good things about XATracing, and the stage 1 package sounds like a hell of a deal.

A guy named Chip sells complete front clips for about $2600. He is in Newnan and he will run them for you. I got mine from him and it was in primo mechanical condition. Then of course JARCO is local. I don't know that either one of these does any package deals though.

If you want Chips number or email just let me know.
