the sr's in, it starts, but the idle is really rough and it dies after a few seconds.

so far, we have the nismo FPR and a z32 fuel pump, splitfire spark plugs; seems like everything's fine (timing, spark, fuel) but if it starts, it idles roughly for about 5 seconds then dies.

while messing with an air hose off the cold side of the intake, we found out that the sr runs better with the hole semi-plugged up (i.e., idles longer and smoother), but it still dies after a few seconds.

we've tried unplugging the MAFS, but that doesn't affect anything.

any help would be appreciated =D

Bad idle followed by stalling: MAFS wiring incorrect, MAFS bad, MAFS ground, air leaking into the intake/intercooler piping, CAS timing off, and the list goes on.

That air hose by the throttle body is suppose to be plugged into the intercooler piping.

i can't believe you use ****fire plugs, they are the biggest gimmick in spark plug history!!!!!!! not to be wrecking on you, but unless you got them for free, OEM plugs are just as good if not better.
