SR pressure plate on KA

Anyone know if it works? Only difference I saw when playing around with it for fun was that the flywheel alignment pins didnt line up perfectly...still fit but just barely. The pressure plates look almost identical. And the KA and SR trannies are the same except for the bellhousing. This would all lead me to believe that the SR pressure plate works on a KA possibly having to redrill alignment pin holes. The bolt pattern lines up as well if i recall. Anyone else thought of or tried this?
