i'm thinking about an engine swap. aside for displacement, which is a better powerplant. can a ca be stroled up to 2 liter? thanks for the advice in advance.

another one of these questions.

first, if you search, you'll find this argued thousands of times.

second, both are great powerplants in their own. the ca revs higher than the sr (naturally) and has a stouter block than the sr IMO.

the SR, on the other hand, will have a bit more low end grunt than the ca and can accept a larger turbo.

bang for buck, you'll probably get a bit more out of the ca because of how much an sr costs now.

Yea search man. This topic has been REPEATEDLY discussed and in the end there is no real answer. Its all up to you. Look up the countless amount of threads about it cuz they provide a lot of info. Have you thought about the KA-T?
