does anyone know if the ser sr30de oil pump is interchangable with the sr20det? i'd like to replace mine before i swap, but really don't want to pay 300 bucks for the oem replacement. thanks.

OEM replacement is only about 190... atleast thats what I paid.

Yoiur needle for crank pulley will not line up. The needle that tells you you are TDC, etc etc.

Also oil outlet is smaller I think but the internal gears are the same.

Also, one of the holes do not line up with the head.

A guy I know modified a SE-R pump to fit into his SR20DET. Few miles later, he grenaded the block because he didnt tighten one of his rod bolts hahaha farking douche...

$190! Where from? I'm doing my build and everyone says it is a must to replace. Not sure why yet though.
