Alright, my redtop just doesn't want to run at 15 deg. I do the whole procedure to put it in timing mode, but when I plug the tps back in, it revs slow like it's under load(in neutral). If I set the timing past 20 deg, it runs great. I need some good input here, thanks.

Warm it up, snap the throttle a few times, turn it off unplug the tps, start it snap the throttle a few more times set the idle to 800 rev it once more and let the idle settle, set the timing, plug in the tps reset the idle to 800.

Sounds like you didn't reset the idle.

Edit: don't use the loop on the back of the harness use and old spark plug wire between the coil and the plug.

Well thats another thing, I was having a hard time getting the idle down with the tps unplugged. Also, the tps, aac, coolant temp sensor, and intercooler are all new.

Also, I used the loop at the back of the harness for a signal.
