Ok, i just installed denso 550cc injectors, jwt ecu, z32 maf, and a brand new wiring harness cause my other one caught on fire, im getting spark and I pulled the fuel rail out and spun the cas to see if the injectors where pulsing and spiting fuel and they were but it really didnt look like a lot of fuel and there werent pulsing in the same patteren everytime, could my jwt ecu be messed up? also could the wiring by the battery area cause problems like this if they are not correctly rewired? I also just found a plug under my fues box that wasnt plugged in and I could not find the plug of it on the lower harness, I check my 2 of my friends 240s and this plug is connected and I have the sr lower harness and there is a plug that goes into it but I cannot find the plug on the harness that is on the car now so im probably just going to get a new lower harness but could that also be a problem? Thanks in advance.

Also I checked the fuel pressure in the rail at start up and it hits 45psi, and there is fuel getting into the rail. could my timing be way off and not allowing the injectors to pulse right?

Did the engine ever run? My guess is timing. Timing is much more important than people think.

From http://www.srswap.comFuel pump not coming on Plugs by Battery may be wired incorrectly, they plug in but won't work without rewiring. Pump should run for 3 seconds then stop if flywheel not moving.

Also the ECU relay, ECU power, Ignition power and coilpack power come from the two plugs by the battery, so you might want to check those out again in accordance with the SRswap diagram...http://srswap.com/html/info/inst_wiring.htm
