sr no vacuum at idle, help guys!

Hey nico members, I have a problem with my sr20. I have a new boost gauge and vacuum lines seem okay but car gets to vacuum at idle at all. When i drive it and keep my foot on gas in gear it shows that vacuum is fine but as soon as i let off the gas it goes back to 0. Also sometimes my turbo is boosting good and sometimes its not and feels like the wastegate isnt opening or something like that.. Thanks.

Where did you tap into for your boost gauge?
