Having trouble getting my SR to run after my rebuild. Checked for codes and am getting the cas code 11 on the ecu. Im pretty sure I installed it correctly, and don't want to buy another one if I know the problem isn't going to be fixed. Is it common to have to replace the cas or should I try something else. I got 90's on all cylinders on first start up. Second start with oil in the cylinders I got 115, 115, 122, and 130. On the last check I got 140, 135, 140, and 165. Now this is a rebuild so the rings might not be sealed. Appreciate any suggestions.

CAS could be 180 off. They do go out from time to time as well. Did you have the motor at TDC when you installed the CAS and did you line the target up under the magnet AFTER it was twisted in place? The most common mistake I see is people turning the motor to the correct line on the crank pulley, but on the wrong stroke. If the motor is at TDC, you should be able to remove the oil filler cap and see the intake cam lobe of cylinder 1 pointing directly towards the intake side of the motor.

Maybe that's the problem. I was just making sure that the notches on the cas were in the correct position, but didn't make sure the engine was at tdc. I will give that a try before I order another one.
