sr maf/boost

one question i have is, if you lean a car out that has the boost set, does the boost tend to go up a little (i was running too rich and set it right, now my boost is just a little higher)?

also, i have heard about the sr maf crappin out around 14psi or something, i am right at about 14 peak and have not noticed any problems. i am running an hks super afr which changes the signals from the maf to the computer, but if the car is pulling 14psi, the sensor should have issues anyway, right?
