Ive spent hours searching
Will s13 black top lifters go in red top head
My exhaust lifter is seized
Im buying a s13 black top head
I wanna put the s13 black top lifter in my red top head

Not a problem. The only lifter that is different is the S15 one, and it's actually considered an upgrade. You can even run the FWD lifters out of an SE-R or G20.

Just use a 92 Sentra SE-R for the parts store. You can get lifters from any 91-94 Sentra SE-R, 95-98 200SX SE-R, and 91-68 Infiniti G20. Just make sure you bleed the lifters correctly before you re-install everything.
