Check the ECU for error codes. May be a bad MAFS circuit.

ok i set the timing according to frsport.com and got a new fuel pump it only cranks now but will start if I spray ether into it I don't have access to a code checker right now so if people could start naming things off that would be great

That's kinda surprising... I had the same problem, and i replaced my fuel pump, and that fixed it. the only thing that was left was the hesitation when i tried to accelerate hard. then i checked out my fuel filter, and I couldn't even bloew through it. when i replaced it, the hesitation went away. Your filter could be so clogged that no fuel gets through. check it out

Try going the other way, I had mine crossed, but fuel will still cirulate and you will still catch it to the face. All the symptoms you have, I had. It sounds like backwards lines to me.

Your fuel line from the filter to your fuel line assembly should be going into the TOP line of your fuel rail....I think

well today i checked the ECU for codes i got 55 (IE kick it in the face cause it lies to you i guess) so now im off to try swapping hoses around and now i shall recite my most common words spoken to my car in the last week "@%#& YO COUCH!!!!" and now ive decided to let Robert Plant swap my lines he has ninja skills to avoid catching fuel to the face... I have the eye wash handy though...

yeah the filter line needs to go to the feed on the rail which is opposite of the regulator, sounds like you hvae that worked out though. and the wires to the transmission are.... speed sensor, reverse light, and the other i think is for fifth gear for speed cut, but im not 100% sure on that one, but i have neither the "fifth gear sensor" or the reverse lights hooked up and things work fine for me.
