Youve got some major tuning issues if your gtting only 90 to a tank. What computer are you running on? sr or ka? JWT?What MAF? o2 sensor? What kind of ignition?-distributorless or other? Is your vacuum ok? These are very important questions? Your afr might be way out. I use the apex afc and avcr so im pretty familiar with this issue because Ive had my sr motor for three yrs and have dealt with this issue. Let me know if I can help.:alcoholic

You sure your fuel gauge isnt just broken? About how many gallons do you refill when you get gas?

Why would he want a pump that flows more when he is already losing a lot of fuel?Ugh, you don't mod a car more when it's having problems.

Is your FPR vaccum hooked up correctly?

definatly give your car a rundown for a fuel leak, not only costly, but they can be very dangerous. I know I had a leaking tank, apparenly a problem on some S13's. Check to make sure all the new fuel line connections are secure, check the FPR.

Do you smell any gasoline while driving or while the car is idling? Try changing your O2 sensor and do a leak down test and compression test for the heck of it since your engine is only running at 90 miles per full tank...your engine just might not be running top notch.
