also im really confused about the o2 sensor from a 87 300zx fitting? someone said that they got it and it didn't work. then someone else said that what they needed was the downstream one and i have called 2 shops in the area and they say 87 300zx doesn't have a downstream o2 sensor?

where do i get my o2 sensor for my sr ????

You need to know what size O2 sensor you need (fat/skinny). The one pictured is the skinny type.

Is it running normally? What kind of A/F gauge do you have? Wideband or narrow? Have you done any work on the car recently such as anything with the ECU or fuel systems? I would test your O2 sensor as well as make sure there are no blockages in the fuel delivery system.

yes the car runs normally, i have an A/C gauge that reads just fine. i have a stock ecu, i dont have a wideband. the only thing i have done recently is change the clutch. the problem arrised the day after. but i dont think that has anything to do with it.

55 means you're good. To me, this is one of those things that you just take to a good shop and tell them to figure out what's going on. Then, go home and fix it for much cheaper. It could be a number of things that could be weird.
