Sr inlet pipe connecting to radiator next to cas ??

anybody know the name of this part and where a can get one? 3 in long or so pipe thats flat in the bend, runs next to the CAS and connects to radiator., inlet/outlet to the radiator.??

The upper waterneck, or water outlet. There is no US crossover so you would probably have to get one off of a parts SR. Or they make aftermarket waternecks in Japan with a hole for a temp sensor.
