SR idled rough now it wont start

I picked up my SR yesterday it was in my buddy's car and its now in mine it ran perfectly last nite. This morning i start it up and its running rough i drive it around the block seems like its running out of fuel but tank is full. I parked it an hour later it wont start at all any help would be appreciated. I did search and found similar problems disconnected maf nothing o2 sensor nothing.

well i have a fuel problem cylinder 3 was flooded had to take out plugs and clean them it runs ok now idles rough when i first start up on cold mornings. it only did that one after i cleaned plugs though going to be upgrading fuel soon with pump injectors maf and jwt ecu.
