sr Idle problem

search and found problem but not solutions

sr20det black top

Ka24 sohc Mas airflow (have cleaned)

tuned ecu (62) can not check codes cuz red LED stays on

Was driving down the road and around 2800 rpms car broke up after that now car wont hold boost (checked for boost leaks) have not found any

when i pull a vacuum line off it sounds better at first but when under load breaks up...

Idle revs around 800 then goes to 1200 and back to 800...

I unplugged my tps the other day when i was working on the car and i drove around with it off and then when i plugged it back in and changed spark plugs and now its fuel rich and the idle goes everywhere...pulled plugs and replaced them with the old plugs that were working fine before i replaced them...and did no fix problem

cleaned mas, changed plugs, tried to check ecu, I know others have had this problem but there was no solution

need help*

i played around with the IACV and could adjust the idle up and down but this didnt change anything its still extremely rich

Have you checked your ECU? It's possible that the chip fell out in the case.

Did you check your fuel pressure regulator?

My nismo broke and it started idling high and then the idle would go up and down.

the ecu light stays on? have you tryed turning the screw till it turns off? also check and see if your knock sensor is plugged in

hey thanks for all the responses i ended up fixing it that day...after looking over every sensor and checking voltage on everything...

THE ECU CHIP FELL OUT and also the coolant temp sensor was making it run a little richer...so replaced that...but the main problem was the ecu chip shaking loose...

also cleaned the IACV and that helped my IDLE and feels like freed up some HP

Ive seen it do that with the air filter installed incoreectly. Its base mound u to the MAF is not square and must be on the correct way. I dont know how it knows the filter isnt on or on right, but it does.
