eversince ive been done with my swap my car has been idling weird. After 10-15 minutes of driving the car starts to idle around 1500-2000rpm. Does running too rich cause that?? this thing is killing gas. Thanks.

first of all no, running rich does not cause bad idle. you can have richness and good idle or the perfect a/f ratio and bad idle or both richness and bad idle at the same time...second of all are you telling us you are running rich, or are you telling us the only problem you have is bad idle? if all you have is a bad idle then clean your iacv with carb cleaner by taking the idle adjustment screw out and spraying it in there...also take an air compressor and use the hose to shoot air in there..then put the screw back in start the car up and adjust the screw to see if that helps..if that doesnt help then make sure your timing is at 15degrees btdc.

you dont turn the screw off you take it off..and then when you put it back in you start up the engine and turn the screw left to raise the idle i believe and right to lower it
