hey everyone, after 2 previous 240's and 3 years of saving my minuscule paychecks, i finally have enough money to do the swap ive dreamed of since i was 15. I'm curious as to what kind of hp i can expect out of my newly aquired sr. i bought it off a fellow nicomember and have added quite a few parts along the way. my future goal is 350 hp but im not a complete idiot and ill need a bigger turbo, fuel management along with injectors, and a few other parts. this is what i have so far...

SR20DET motor w/ transmission New OEM water pump, oil pump, timing chain, front and rear main sealsGreddy pulleysGreddy rocker arm stoppersCometic metal head gasketARP head studsGreddy oil panNismo thermostatNismo pivotNew clutch slave cylinderSPEC stage 3 sprung clutchSPEC lightweight aluminum flywheelGreddy intake manifoldGreddy 3in Catback ExhaustGreddy 3in DownpipeHollowed out stock catGodspeed FMICStock ECUPorted stock turbo maniKoyo Rad.Aluminum driveshaftNismo mounts

thats pretty much it. If i remember right, you can push the stock turbo to 12-14 pounds with any negative consequences? Would i need to upgrade my injectors, or could i push 12 pounds with a simple ecu tune?

12 is fine 14 is pushing it due to the loss of efficency of the turbo on the stock turbo make sure your afr (air fuel ratio) is not to lean 12.4:1 is as lean as i would go

do you have the walbro 255 and a fuel pressure regulator????

the FPR is all you really need on the stock t25

You've got some good plans, seems very well thought out. I suggest you use an Apexi HG over the Cometic. Apexi has a metal ring that gets compressed to seal the cylinders. Very very strong. Dont run AFR in the 12's. Best keeping AFR in the mid 11's for safety. A few hp isnt worth the cost of rebuilding an engine.

thanks for the imput. the headgasket is already on, so i really dont feel like ripping the head apart to swap it. all the parts are already purchased. im just waiting for a weekend off work so i can swap it all in.

I dont have a walbro yet, but you can pick them up for 80 bux so ill get that when i crank up the boost.

what kinda HP would i be getting with this setup at 12 pounds?
