I have a yellow 20 amp in mine, im not sure why though :P Its never blown out on me.

Try that out, if its still going out you'll have to look over your wiring again.

Yeah I have had the 20 on for a year and a half, never given me problems, though it should be noted that I have a 300ZX fuel pump, not a walbro unit. My friend had a walbro unit on his KA and im pretty sure it was running fine on the stock fuse, you may want to recheck your wiring.

no, Stock fuse works for me, but I blew 2 because I had the fuel lines swiched around, make sure you did not make the same mistake, the fuel pressure regualor is on the RETURN LINE to the tank, not the one comming outta the fuel filter. If so you might be over straining your pump cause it to blow fuses. You do not want a spark to go off in your gas tank.

I think stock was 20amp. I think that's what I remember mine being, but I could be wrong.

I thought it said 10amp on the fusebox. Thats why I found it odd that it was upped by 10 amps.
