Its for the oil pressure idiot light, the sensor that it plugs into is between the starter and oil filter.

Thanks! Also how do you bypass the neutral safety switch?

Its been so long since I've done a 5 speed swap that I can't remember where you can jumper the wires for the neutral safety switch, but do a search for 5 speed swap write ups, they will have all the info you need.

Bad connection somewhere or loose/missing ground, check all grounds and make sure the connections to the battery and starter are good and tight.

Good amps or volts?

A battery can read at 12+ volts but not have enough amps to do anything.

We had a battery charger hooked up with 225 amps, we tried push starting and sounds like the pressure plate is too stiff to where it wont kick over the motor.

Hmmm. I suggested checking your battery cables in another thread, but i dodn't know it was having trouble clutch dumping to start. If it was your clutch assembly jacking up, you could check range of motion of the clutch fork. I still say that even though you might have had a charger rated at 220A, that power won't get where it needs to go if the cables have issues. Quality ground cables go a long way. I had a cheap o'reilly ground cable on mine. It corroded and just gave me start issues. Put a Nissan cable back on and no issues since

We ended up push starting it, and it sounds like metal on metal in the transmission, like the pressure plate is too tight..I ended up pulling her, by a chain with my truck and she fired up! and idled! but still no go with key start.

Found out what it was, the driveshaft bolts were grinding on this piece of tin on the transmission so we just cut it out, no more grinding :)... 100% positive its a bad starter.
