I just recently replaced my head gasket and front cover in my SR and put it back in today

It wont start.....

Turns over finehas sparkhas fuelbut.....has no compression

around 30 in cyl 1 and below 15 in 2,3,4

Timing is correct and Rings are good....I have no clue why I would have no compression....

Any ideas??

I would recommend re checking your cam timing, and while you have the valve cover off check and see if you seem to have a noticeable amount of clearance between the rocker arm in the cam when the cam lobe is pointing up, you may have had the misfortune of bending some valves.

Did you machine the head?If not then your head is warped and needs to be machined

There's a local sr guy here that had the same problem... His problem was the head lifted cause the stock head bolts expanded too much. Did you replace them? I doubt that could be what it is but it's something eliminate from the list of possibilities.

It has to be the head bolts, you used the old head bolts and torqued them down to stock specs. Replace them and you will be fine. After X amount of miles, those bolts really do stretch.
