the fuel pump comes on and we have fuel and the fuel lines are on correctly. the injectors are getting power. the intercooler and vacuum lines are selaed up. there is spark and the timing is set correctly yet the car will not start. is there anything im forgetting? the maf is cracked but from what ive read the car should still start. the wiring was done by wiring specialties, its the s14 sr in a 95 s14. ive searched and can't come up with any ideas so all help is greatly appreciated. thanks

has it hit (tried to turn over on its own) at all? Have you looked at your plugs to see if its just flooded or something like that? How do you know you have spark? Try a timing light if you havent already, the light wont flash unless the spark plug fires. Is it turning over fast enough? Battery strong?

it has new spark plugs and we just set the plug on the exhaust manifold to check for spark which it has. it doesnt seem to want to fire at all. could the mafs being cracked or totally damaged cause the injectors to misfire or not fire at all?

Make sure the harness under the dash to the guages is plugged in all the way and snapped in correctly.

I'm more inclined to think your timing is off.

from what i understand to set the timing you align the crank pulley to the yellow mark(second from the farthest left) then line up the CAS with the right mark on the shaft and the mark on top? if this is the way it's done then it should be correct? I'll recheck all the plugs inside the car to make sure they're plugged in all the way. The check engine light isnt coming on but can i still check for codes or do i have to use a diagnostic tool on the s14?
