SR hard to start when cold... need help

I dont know if you guys can help me out here but its worth a try....

I finally got my 240sr out on the road thursday... after a little time it cooled down an i tried to start it up again an it wouldnt start... after crankin it over a few times it starts an stalls an then finally started.

It idels good an drives awesome, anybody know why it wont start right away?.. i have everything i need to complete the swap except full exhaust.
