Haven't been keeping up with your posts, but if you can give more information like when was the swap completed and what was replaced and upgraded would be good.

The sr is stock except for a fmic, greddy bov, and a 3 inch downpipe, also new ngk plugs, the only other things i have done to the motor are removed the aiv assembly to clear the steering column and rerouted the heater hoses...

The swap was completed about 2 months ago but i was waiting for some money and parts to come in..

If you didn't replace the stock fuel pump with a bigger unit, then the car generally won't run rich unless the computer senses a problem. Pull the codes from your ECU. If it senses a problem, it can run in limp mode and cause the car to run rich. Also, if the O2 sensor you are using is old and sending irregular signals, the car will run rich. Also, SRs run rich stock.
