ok so i just finished my new setup on my redtop. s15 turbo 550cc injectors z maf and jwt romtune.. ok the car has been running great but today i went for a cruise and at a stop sign the car randomly bogged out and died.. ok so i went to start it and same thing happened.. happened about 6 times then randomly it idled and drove it would bog out though when i hit the clutch and let the idle drop.. i got it home checked my codes and it threw the tps code.. also i checked my plugs and they were black on the tip like charcoal black.. and also when the car is idling i can almost hear a slight 'pinging' noise coming from turbo area its very quiet but its there.. so what am I looking at here? is it bogging out like that a sign of a bad tps? and also it almost sounds like the engine is detonating any1 that has any idea or experiences please chime in thx

yea i checked for boost leaks none to be found.. but when i get the chance ill check the tps.. but its weird because sometimes the car runs fine then randomly starts running like doodoo im going to check my timing see if thats anything

alright now another weird problem.. my s15 turbo is like making a whining noise when i turn the car off?? its never done it before i checked to see if oil is circulating through it and it is.. there is no shaft play.. wtf? has any1 ever had there garret ballbearing turbo whine like that.. i know that turbos with blown bearings whine but like seriously this turbo was in perfect condition.. im wondering if anything got stuck in their or something

yea the engine seems to run fine.. but the turbo is slightly whining.. i dunno if when the engine kept on shutting off and on maybe that could kill the bearings? wtf? like i seriously have driven on this turbo for a few days and this crap happens.. im gonna change the oil take it off take a peak see if i see anything and see if it goes away if not then need another one.. 500$ later
