Hey my car sparks, fuel pump turns on wire harness all in, ive switched coilpacks and ignitors and hasnt turned on.I checked the the seals on the injectors and work fine, but when i tried to turn it over to start fuel is coming out of the injectors all at the same time instead one by one, what is wrong with my sr? I havent messed with the cas i will tonight and see if anything happens?

I dont know if this will do it, but are your fuel lines in the right spots? i had my return line switched with the other one...fixed my problem

yeah they are in the right spots. fpr with the hard line and the end of the fuel rail with the out on the filter. I contacted heavythrottle and never heard of this happening, they think it might be timing and it wont occur anymore than first start up.

it has to be something painfully obvious...

maybe the ecu is bad? you said that it is a tuned ecu/wiring harness that was originally set up for a different type of injectors. try to maybe find another ecu from that dude with the orange one or try showdown. that is my only suggestion short of asking brad to come over and help ya with it (which, i wouldn't do).

i actually tooked the tuned piece out of the ecu out. what it is, its just like jim wolf does he puts a different circuit board on it that you can just plug out. Once i plugged it back up it did the same thing? its really wierd. But i will look for a ecu here somewhere if i could find one. I would think the orange 240 and brads would be tuned way to big for my setup though.

also the injectors on the wire harness are pretty straight forward when replacing or upgrading the injectors there no wires you have to rig up.

So guys i cranked it manually taking the cas out of the engine and turning it, and the sensor works perfect, but instead of one injector turning on at a time every time the sensor senses that little square on the disc of cas it turns them all on, and its spits fuel in all injectors at the same time. WTF! im stumped and dont know what it is tripled check wire harness it might be the ecu? but it reads the cas, and the fuel pm primes, the tach works and the engine sparks. how could the ecu be be bad??

make sure the temp sesnor that goes to the ecu is in/plugged in/ and working properly.....does it only do this when its hot? if so this could very well be ur problem......its right next to the temp sesnor fo rthe cluster (intake side under the manifold near the head....its the bigger one)

Ahh... sounds like a bad signal somewhere, possibly the CAS.

At closed loop you get sequential fuel injection, otherwise you get batch injection if I recall correctly. This would make sets of injectors fire at once.

It was my cas and it was off not to much but it was off enough to not start.
