SR electrical problem...

Alright so i thought everything was cool until tonight when i got home and started my car for the 2nd time.. right after driving it for 25 min with no problem... no electronics were on. i've had this once before, and I replaced the ignition switch. It went away. It kinda came back but not the exact same so I replaced the alternator with a used KA alternator, fit fine, fixed all problems.. now 2 or 3 months later it's all happening again. don't know what else to look for. i'm going to check more tomorrow in the daylight but any and all help is much appreciated. one more time, When i turn the key on. all accesories do not work ie* fans, radio, gauge cluster, A/C.. you know so anyone whose had this or knows what i should look for lmk thanks for all the help in advance guys! btw swap is only a year old, phase2 did the harness and did an amazing job so most of it if good...Chris
