I no that you have to remove the EGR valve but what do i put in the exhaust hole then so it doesnt leak?

Nissan makes a threaded plug just for that hole on the turbo elbow..Run a search for the part#

It's not a EGR valve, it's the AIV and heavythrottle sells a plug for the hole.
