Sr ecu?>

I have an ecu and the code on it is EQ... What kinda of ecu is this? I know most sr's run 62's,63's.. Black tops e4/e5... What is this EQ?

I don't recognize EQ as an ECU designation. Typically, ECUs with a Q in them go to S15 motors. Do you have a part number on it?

Here is the whole ecu code... Eq A11-b47 g76... 1Y22... I was looking it up and i couldn't find s15 ecu codes only s13/s14...

Usually, there's a Nissan part number under the designation code.

It should be in a sequence like ##### ##*##

With the * being a letter of some kind.

Case in point:You can see it just under the code for this S13 SR ECU



Same thing for this Z32 ECU.

Its not always the case, though. I've seen a bunch of KA ECUs with the line blank. If there's a number there, though. It'll help me a lot.

Ic... Yea this one is blank.. I did find a nice list of sr ecu codes... I seen that the s15 had Q's in them but there was alot of s15 codes missing... This is the ecu that came with my motor set so hopefully i didn't get some Ka ecu.
