sr ecu codes

I searched and searched but I can't find any positive answer on how to pull codes from a #62 redtop ecu... some of the links i've found are dead, some are for ka engines etc. the little sticker next to the screw on ecu is in japanese of course... so any input/fresh links would be a help. also is there any way to obtain a factory service manual in english for the redtop sr??? thanks

240sx.org/faq for pulling ecu codes and google for zeroyon.com I think and the website should have a downloadable fsm in english for s14 sr20det. Only available one.

Yeah I looked at all that stuff but the faq article for pulling codes is for the ka engine right? does the same procedure for pulling the codes apply to an s13 redtop ecu??? are the codes the same???

pulling codes on KA and SR is the same.

Turn key to "On"

locate the tiny screw on the backside of your ECU

Turn it clockwise fully for 3 seconds

Turn it counterclockwise fully and see the LED next to the screw blink.

Count and determine codes (55 = all good)

Turn it clockwise fully for 3 seconds then counterclockwise fully to rest.

Fix accordingly.
