Sr doesn't perform properly

i went to the track last night and just like last time i had serious issues. for some reason my boost controller (greddy profec B spec II) keeps hitting the warning level as i go down the track. i'll set it up and the street and test it and it's normal. the warning level goes off right as i launch. the other thing is that usually i have it set at about 45% last night maybe cause it was cold i had to throw it up to like 54% to get to 14 psi. i don't understand what's going on. the best run i've been able to make is a pathetic 14.5 at 97mph. i know it can run better than than. please help if you have any suggestions. thanks.
