so you have to keep feathering the gas to keep it alive..because if you give it gas and let off it will idle out...try recirculating your bov

try recirculating your bov...tps is a maybe..check the voltage..at idle it should be .45volts to .55volts and at w.o.t. should be 4.5volts...check your maf voltage too..shold be 12v and 5v and one is a ground also you may have a bad o2 sensor..are you running rich at all?

It sounds like the fuel pump is only coming on in the start position of the ignition switch. Double check your wiring paying close attention to the fuel pump relay circuit. The fuel pump gets power from 2 different sources. I while the engine is cranking, and another while the key is in the run position.

do you guys think a blown head gasket can cause this problem? My oil and coolant is mixing. When i pour in coolant it basically ends up in the engine. is that signs of a blown hg? or it could be other things also? hope its just a blown hg.

lol you hope its just a blown HG??? why you hope that idk but hey its cool...when your headgasket is blown from what i know since ive never expierenced this is a ton of white smoke pouring out of your exhaust, serious bogging and loss of power (right when the HG blows though) car starting troubles...when your HG goes it seems as if your car is dying ..i mean literally dying ...if you can start your car fine and there is no smoke i dont think its your HG...have you even tried what we have told you to?

yes ive tested the the plugs, and checked smelled my sparkplugs for fuel. i might be running rich if you guys consider a walbro fp making it rich. as for my o2 sensor, it could be bad. it has carb buildup on it. As for the dieing part, itll start perfectly fine, but when i feather the gas pedal it goes out of idle and dies. if i put it in gear, i can rev it up to like 2k rpm. me and my dad are going to pull the head off and check it out. hope its just a blown hg. lol. it seems like my coolant drains into the engine a little fast.

if the engine dies after you give it gas try recirculating your bov...richness could be the maf, tps or o2 sensor..you cant rev past 2k or you can? if you cant then your maf is bad or wired wrong

well 2day i took out the head and it seems fine no bad hg or anything. so now i have no clue where to go. my damn oil and coolant is mixing. last thing i can think of is the turbo. The coolant hardline runs on the top hole of the block and the oil runs on the bottom hole on the block right???

if you guys can think of anything else that can cause my coolant and oil to mix plz let me know.

when your coolant mixes in with your oil you could have a cracked block or head or a cracked timing chain cover...im sure there are other things..if you start a new topic stating something about coolant in your oil you will have better responses..also use the red search button it will help tremendously
