I tried starting my SR the other day and when you turn the ignition to try to start it clicks and doesn't start. The starter checked out good at AutoZone. I checked all grounds, fuses under dash and underneath hood and everything seems to be good.the starter has 12 volts when you try to start the car. Is there any other switches or fuses that I need to check??? Thanks

LMAO, your SN is awsome. Um I had something like this, apparently I recharged the battery too much.

there's a relay on the passenger side right next to your washer fluid with two connectors attached to it each has two female prongs to it. You jump the two prongs on the bigger connector. That will buypass the clutch sensor which will no longer require you to start the car with out pressing the clutch.

^you mean the blue relay beside the battery tray? I have something similar going on. I wonder if this is my issue.

I don't remember if it was blue. I don't have it anymore so I couldn't tell you but yeah, theres that relay next to the battery closer to the fender side, actually attached to the wall, has two connectors to it.

Does anything electrical work? Could be your alternator, or maybe your battery is dead from somthing staying on constantly. Or you could be like me and your security system could go ape **** and the imobileizer keeps on haha dumb Z.

Yeah, the radio comes on, everything works, but it bogs really hard on start up esp. if the fuel pump is still starting up. I replaced the clutch relay, and no real help. I'm going to start troubleshooting this weekend. everything works and once you start it up it runs fine, idles fine, drives fine, runs regular voltage. i don't know. I'll have to check a few things this weekend.

If it clicks once then its the starter solenoid. If it clicks constantly then your battery doesn't have enough amps. Don't listen to autozone they're cashiers and stock people.

Probably won't work but worth a try.....get a piece of wood and place one end on the solenoid and tap the other end with a hammer don't go crazy just tap a little. Sometimes solenoids jam other times the coil wears out and they can't engage the starter.
