This happened on my friend's S13 black top.... when driving up to 3000rpm.. then put it in N... the rpm will just drop to almost 100rpm.. we try to play with idle screw and throttle cable and the little screw.. we try again, then this time we do the samething, the rpm drop to 700rpm then it back up to 1300rpm and stay there....couldn't get it right @@I think the idle staibleizer is broken... any one know what's goin on?

For some reason some SR swapped cars have no problem with the vented BOV and some like mine hate it. I solved it by getting a SAFC which has a setting to compensate for a vented BOV.

Ive also thought about routing my MAF to the cold pipe near the intake manifold so it never sees that vented air so the air calculation isnt thrown off.

Its the Dec. Air setting. Read the instruction Manual and it will tell you how to set this feature up.Or if you dont have the manual you can get it on the Apexi Site.IN a nut shell you look at readings while the motor is still cold at different RPMS then you enter in numbers larger than those readings you get for Air Flow% and Throttle %. I think the RPMS you hold it at are 1000 at 1500

Just get the manual it exsplains it better than I can.

Thats because my car idles at like ... 1000 RPM.

You can buy a S-AFC or you can just turn up the idle speed. Either way it works.

Or,

You can learn not to drop the RPM so quickly by just blipping the throttle as you are coming to a stop.
