Before I spend $120 on a new mafs I just wanted to make sure that a fried mafs would cause this? Any info would be most appreciated.

2500 seems to be the magic number for maf problems. you sure the plug is on there tightly? and it doesn't idle well, right?

Well I have a FWD sr mafs and im gonna try to wire it up today. I think I messed up my mafs when I hooked it up wrong and put the power to the signal and the signal to the power. i will check the wires all the way back to the ecu today. Thank you guys very much.
