The car is a 95 with a redtop.

OK, here's what's going on. The engine shut off while driving. Car wouldn't restart for about 5 minutes, then restarted and ran fine for two more drives, then refused to fire.

Engine cranks but no spark output from ECU - the diagnostic LED on ECU does not light (don't know if it ever did), no response to diagnostic switch on ECU. Verified all power and grounds to ECU. The ECCS relay does pull, fuel pump runs, injectors pulse, sensor power OK. Power and connections verified to cam angle sensor, however did not remove sensor to test. Checked wiring, ignitor and coil packs and can manually make spark from ECU connector out to the plugs. With ignition ON, pressing the throttle causes the ECCS relay to drop, don't think this is normal. Battery has been charged.

I'm kinda stuck right now. I don't know anyone local that I can swap ecu's with to see if that's the problem.

I don't know why the throttle would cause the eccs to drop in voltage. The throttle is not wired.

It does sound like an unfortunate case of burned out ECU to me.
