so i have just recently noticed that when my car is warmed up, my motor sounds likes its either missing or bogging down and low rpms, most noticeable betwen 1-1700k not under load(well at least not noticeable). My question is what is dealio? i checked timing, and plugs, and am virtually at a loss for an explanation.

well i have an sr with t28. I dont think its a vac leak, it pulls good vac at idle, also not maf i had another sr maf layin around i switched it and still doin it. Another reason i dont think its a vac leak is the simple fact that it just recently started doin it. Only things ive changed with my set up is, changed the way my bov was hooked up( so its not t'd off the fpr, so it has its own nipple off the tb) and i installed a cs catch can. any ideas anyone?????

maybe try cleaning your maf, when cold, with some contact cleaner. Aside from that which hasn't been said. other possible causes are your coils maybe one's not making contact or maybe even some wiring in it that's frayed. Just throwing ideas out there.

Good luck in fixing her up
