SR bogging problems

ok so i have a s14 sr in my s13, when i get into boost, before full boost it bogs out super bad, but if i get on it slowly it wont bog at all. i think it may be the timing but i have pullys that dont have any notches or lines on them so i have no clue where the timing is at, any help would be appreacited, thanks!

ok fixed the timing issue, but when i started her up a little bit of oil shot out of the tailpipe. not to much but enough for me to notice. i searched, and found that it could be the seal on the turbo or the turbe itself going bad but this didnt happen the hour before i did my timing so idk whats up. hey man you ever figured out your problem? if so what what causing it? mines acting the same

yeah man come to find out it was my valve stem seals. cheap fix, but a pita now the less. when i took out the turbo the down pipe had oil in it and in the exhaust manifold there was oil in the #2 cylinder.
