If the sensor wire isn't getting a good connection it could cause the problems you are describing. Also make you a boost leak tester if you don't have one, and check for boost and vac leaks with shop air. Boost / Vac leaks can cause some weird problems, and I would say account for over 50% of problems with any turbo car. Recheck your timing, and make sure your coil pack wires are not to close to the back of the head and getting to hot, that will cause it to misfire when it gets hot, but not when its cold. Hope this helps.
THanks for replying Im not running a MAF . its a fully built SR running it with AEM EMS with a 5 bar map and air temp sensortoday car was running bad so i went to my bud shop and started changing the coils one by one . i changed the number one first . started car and car runs fine after changing one coil only. number 1 , so i put everything back together and tested the car , no problem , i think i got it , but im not going to count victory yet,. still want to run the car more . to make sure
