sr acting funny in higher rpm range

ive been trying to figure this out for a little while and i need some input.

as im driving if i take her up closer to 6k she like dosent really bogg but sounds like there no spark or gas going in until it drops back down then will kick but there that barrier of 6k. the only gears ive tried this in is 1-3 not even smacking it. just rolling on it. smooth all the way up to that though. as i let off i just hear sounds like just vacume suck and that it. i really have no idea what it is
