ive looked around and seached but no luck... is there not anybody who makes a 4" downpipe or close to it? ive seen the apexi exhaust is 95mm but their d.p. isnt the same diameter.

also the car i bought came with turbo xs front mount but ive searched everywhere and havent found anything about them making a kit for the sr. some help would be highly appreciated.

don't know about the dp, but the xs power kit is the ssautochrome guys. They make an aluminum piping kit for all the s13's and s14's. Sr's, RB, KA...etc...look for ssautochrome if you want their kit. Its not bad. the pipes and cores are large, but they look good. and the welds are usually pretty clean.

whoa! Why so big? If anything just take it to a muffler shop. I'm pretty sure they can fab one up for you.

There is absolutely no need for a 4" DP on these cars. Unless your making over 800 HP.

It could actually hurt performance. Without a ton of power and a big pipe, the cooler the exhaust gas. The cooler the exhaust gas, the slower the flow. You want your exhaust to breath freely but you also want it to flow fast as-well.

You're comparing a 3.0L 6 cylinder to a 2.0L 4-cylinder, along with different size turbos. Too large and all you get is a really loud exhaust and loss of low-end torque, which is not good for a small displacement 4 banger. In fact, a 3" DP on an SR with stock t25 and stock boost can have this issue. I would know and that is why the boost will be turned up soon. Do what you want, but yeah, if you can't find one, and exhaust shop can fab one.

I dont know who said that i was on the stock turbo... but anyways, cars making that much power (800whp+) is mostly in the supra realm, however 500 whp (which i should be making GT3076R) have you any idea of the size on that turbine? 2.75" and only having a 3.0" tbe wouldnt hurt but im sure it'd help if it was bigger... possibly a reason why most stock turbo cars upgrade their tbe to 3.0" they gain 15-20+ whp. so if they do that in stock form, imagine what it could be gained from a 95mm tbe or bigger with a 76R...
