my 02 is spiking anywhere from .90 to 4.62 anything over .95 is supposed to be pig rich, my a/f is right with the 02 reading around .32 it is reading stoich, but 90% of the time it is spiking. My setup consists of a stock t-25 at 10lbs,stock 370cc injectors, automatic bluebird ecu,the maf is supposed to be from a bluebird as well, jdm temp sender, usdm tps, and to beat it all it is the se-r fuel pump, but keep in mind there was a recall on the se-r fuel pumps, my car has the replacement pump and i don't know what was reinstalled, i didnt own it at the time but it has the recall sticker, from my understanding this pump should not keep up with it . Any info very much appreciated, i have rattled my brains out trying to figure this one out????

Are you trying to tune with a SAFC or your Apexi TT? If you are using the apexi tt, don't waste your time. You can't tune with a narrow band. End of discussion. You need to take your car to the dyno and find out with a wideband or tailpipe sniffer where your a/f ratios are. Before I upgraded my stock bluebird setup to a T28, my o2 reading were between .94-.95. Thats with a JWT ECU. You are using the BB ecu, so maybe there is some confliction there. Have you checked over on sr20forum.com as well?

It would be impossible for you to have a actual reading of 4.62 and your car even run. Hell @ 1v it will hardly run. Seems like it might be time for you to consider a JWT ECU. Alot more simple without having to figure out what sensors to use with what maf and so on.

ARe you using the US o2 or Bluebird o2? That might be your problem, the only one that really makes sense to me.

i am using my super afc2 to pull the fuel down, when my T-Timer is reading .32 my a/f gauge is reading stoich so the two are almost dead on with each other, i am not saying they are right. Are you getting a a/f reading on your T-Timer?? I am not.I am trying to partially tune it to take it to the dyno. BB 02,BB ecu, sr20de wiring harness. I know it should not be running at 4.62v i have just about ran out of ideas, this is why i have turned to to NICO?

Try a US o2, that setup should work as well. You will have to change bungs for the o2 as well. The US o2 is bigger. I am getting a reading from my TT. between .88-.93. My current setup is T28, bored maf and 4bar on JWT ecu. That maf has definately helped out on the rich problem I had with the T25 and stock maf.

Go to sr20forum.com. Look up some posts from Charlie2020. He is suppose to know his **** about tuning with the SAFC.

something is wrong with your o2. even a titania sensor should not read that high if you toss it in a bucket of gasoline. there is a short to 5v sensor voltage somewhere.

Recheck your wiring and make sure you didn't tap into the MAF wire, that is the only thing that is going to read that type of voltage.
