sr 02 sensor question

I was testing for power to my o2 sensor on my s13 sr this morning and I got somewhere around 22.xx for the middle wire which is a thick white wire and the brown wire got a 1. Does it seem correct?

22.xx what?.....volts? amps? ohms? rebounds? assists?

I believe it was in volts. But I'll get back to you tomorrow after work.
