Hey people! I just need some insight on how to safely, key word, safely, squeeze some power out of my Zenki S14 SR. Right now, I still have to finish up wiring it up into my S13 chassis, and buy a few things I need. As of right now, I have an aftermarket equal length exhaust manifold, FMIC, and 3" straight pipe, Walboro 255 fuel pump. My swap came with a T25 instead of T28. I was told that if I run 14psi on the T25, I would need a new FPR, bigger injectors, and tune to be able to run it safely. Is this a must? I've had buddies running 14 psi on their stock red tops with T25's with what seemed like no problems! Any help is appreciated! Thanks.

12 psi and the stock computer/injectors/ fpr will take care of it. Anything beyond that, taward rev limit you will start to lean the engine out.

I'm not the kind of guy that would slap on a big a** turbo, and crank the boost, just to make mad power. I'll rebuild the motor when the funds allow lol. But for now, I'm just looking to get a GT2871R in .64, run a little higher psi with upgraded injectors, Z32 MAF, and tune. I'd hope to get around 250whp with that set-up, but even that seems far away. What size injectors would you people reccomend? I'd think about buying something like 740cc-1000cc, leave room for upgrades in the future. Bings.ca sells DeatschWerks injectors in 810cc for $510 shipped. I've never heard of them though :/

Here at DeatschWerks, all of our injectors now have a 3 year warranty, are E85 compatible, and are dynamically balanced within 2% or less before shipping out. A helpful tool we have on our website that could help you is our "Fuel Injector Calculator" (see link below). If you have any questions feel free to PM me or just give us a call @ the number listed on our website.

Just a few other questions... Does any one recommend any other mods that are a good bang for the buck to make my car quicker? I wanted to see if I could get a light-weight fly wheel, and aluminum one-piece drive shaft to sharpen the throttle response. The car is also gutted. I got rid of a LOT. I took out my rear seats, carpets, complete AC system, radio, speakers, ALL the sound deadening, steel bumpers, bumper supports, rear seat belts, windshield washer reservoir and sprayers, rear wiper and motor, blower motor (making my own to de-fog windshield on cold mornings) clutch dampener, HICAS system, and a lot more than I am forgetting at the moment.
