Squeeking when turning steering wheel

hi guys havent posted here for quite sometime now :P well ill start with that happened... early morning its raining pretty hard i thought theres no black ice but there was and i was driving in a big curve and didnt know the whole lane was covered with black ice and i lost control of my car(30-40mph) and i hit the curb and went up the curb and got my controls back and went off the curb and went to work... well after work ive noticed that i cannot get a good grip of the road so i went to a tire shop and have them re-align my wheels and it helped and they said theres no damage done to the car but i didnt tell them that i hit the curb :P so it was fine then ive noticed today that its making a squeeking sound when ever i turn the steering a little... ive been reading and im thinking its my power steering or my bushing if theres any im clueless :P maybe you guys can help me out...

Problem: squeeking sound when i turn the steering wheel even a little either turning it left or right and its only coming from the side that i hit the curb with.
